Nir Burshtein, 30, serves as Head of Product at LINE5. A lifelong aviation enthusiast, he accumulated more than 2,000 operational flight hours. Raised in Tel Aviv, he served as a fighter and commander in the Paratroopers, and volunteered for years in the Tel Aviv Fire and Rescue Service. After his military service he joined the defense industry and advanced as a systems engineer and technical manager at Elbit, leading autonomous system projects. In 2021 he joined Dronix as CTO, where he led the “Atalef” drone development and helped establish a production line supplying thousands of units. In the reserves, he serves as a drone and special munitions officer in the Golani Brigade, developing drone-based combat doctrines and robotics solutions.
