H.

Age: 26 | Organization: Elbit Systems | Role: Technical Manager
H., just 26 years old, already holds a degree in Computer Engineering and leads as the Technical Manager for Elbit Systems’ tactical radio project in a European country.
H. began her career at Elbit in the C4I and Cyber Division while pursuing her academic degree in Software Engineering. Early on, she set her sights on advanced software-defined radio systems from the E-Lynx family, one of the leading radio systems worldwide. These systems provide reliable communication services for numerous armies, enable force location tracking, and serve as the backbone for battle management and soldier systems.
At just 25 years old, after two years at Elbit, H. was sent on an overseas assignment in the Asia-Pacific region. This mission involved knowledge transfer for communication and radio systems. Within just eight months, H. was already leading the entire project in the host country on behalf of Elbit’s Radio Division.
The project, which significantly strengthened ties between the company (and Israel) and the host country, was a major success. H. received a certificate of excellence from Elbit Systems’ President, Bezhalel (Butzi) Machlis, in recognition of her achievements. Upon her return to Israel, it was clear to her managers that she could not return to a “developer’s role.” Recognizing her outstanding capabilities, she was promoted to lead a major project. A year ago, she was appointed Technical Manager for a radio project in a key European country.
In this role, H. carries significant responsibility, leading the technical and engineering aspects of the project for Elbit, directly interfacing with the client—all at the age of just 26. With her extraordinary achievements, she has a bright and groundbreaking future ahead.
