Ella Bruce, 26, serves as Business Partner to the CEO at High Lander. She grew up in Emek Hefer, studied at the Alon School of Arts, attended the Meitzar pre-military academy and spent a year in the “Chalutz” leadership program. She became the first operations NCO in F-35 Squadron 116, where she discovered her passion for meaningful, high-impact operational environments. From there she naturally transitioned into roles involving organizational building, technology and dynamic operational ecosystems. Today she is part of the core team leading High Lander, where innovation, execution and system-level thinking meet.
