Li-Or, 27, grew up in Rosh HaAyin. Both her parents serve as officers in the army and reserves, instilling in her a deep love for her country. In high school, she studied in a science-oriented program and dreamed from a young age of becoming a pilot and an officer. She participated in the “Young Entrepreneurs” program and, with her team, won second place in Europe in the competition.

Li-Or served in the army for six and a half years as a soldier and officer in operational technology units. In her role, she was exposed to diverse technological fields and decided to continue pursuing this path in civilian life, driven by her passion for work that ultimately saves lives.

Today, as a Product Manager at Spear UAV, Li-Or is responsible for identifying market needs, aligning products with client requirements, and working in a matrix structure with the company’s engineering teams. In parallel, she serves in the reserves as an Ordnance Officer in an elite unit and is also a second-year student studying Economics, Business Administration, and Human Resources at Bar-Ilan University.

Li-Or brings a unique set of interpersonal and professional skills, including leadership, responsibility, and initiative, to her daily work. She is paving the way toward a safer future within the defense ecosystem. Her achievement reflects her significant contribution to the defense sector over the years and highlights the ability of a talented new generation to impact the fields of security and technology.
